EIS ready · BIR e-invoicing for Philippine MSMEs & accounting firms
Keep invoicing. Keep growing.
Your accounting shouldn't have to start over when BIR requirements change.
Your accounting shouldn't have to start over when BIR requirements change.
Oojeema keeps your invoices, books and BIR compliance work connected in one Philippine cloud accounting system. The transactions you use to run the business today become the foundation for the records your company needs as it moves into BIR e-invoicing.
EIS Ready Books.
You issue an invoice because you made a sale.
That should not be the beginning of another accounting project.
With Oojeema, the sale you record is already doing more than creating something to send your customer. It becomes part of your books. Payments stay connected to it. Your accountant works from the same records. Financial reports, BIR forms and DAT files come from the accounting that is already happening as you do business.
And when your company prepares for BIR e-invoicing, you are not trying to reconstruct those transactions somewhere else.
The detailed invoice data is already there.
Oojeema helps turn the system and records you already use into the software-side requirements for your company's EIS process—so readiness builds on your accounting instead of replacing it.
Keep doing the work. Keep the books ready.
For the business, it means less rebuilding.
A new compliance requirement can easily sound like new software, new encoding and another workflow for somebody in the company to manage.
It doesn't have to.
Your customers still get invoiced. Your receivables still get tracked. Your purchases and expenses still go into the books. Your accountant still works from the accounting records already in Oojeema.
What changes is what those records are able to support.
Because Oojeema already keeps detailed invoice information as structured transaction data, your EIS preparation starts with records that exist—not with months of invoices that need to be recreated.
That is the practical meaning of EIS ready.
For an accounting firm, the advantage multiplies.
One client on a separate billing tool is manageable.
Twenty clients working twenty different ways is not.
Putting clients on the same accounting and invoicing foundation gives your team a repeatable way to maintain books, review transactions, prepare BIR outputs and support clients moving into e-invoicing.
That means your firm can spend less time working around different systems and more time doing the work clients actually depend on you for.
And when a client asks: “Are we ready for EIS?”
you are not beginning with an empty spreadsheet or another invoicing platform.
You are beginning with the books.
Made for Philippine business.
Oojeema was built around the everyday accounting work of Filipino businesses: invoicing customers, recording purchases and expenses, collecting receivables, paying suppliers, keeping books current and preparing Philippine BIR requirements.
BIR e-invoicing becomes another layer that those records can support—not a reason to abandon them.

Got questions?
We’ve got the answers
What does “EIS ready” mean in Oojeema?
It means Oojeema already keeps the detailed accounting and invoice data needed to prepare your system for BIR e-invoicing. We help prepare the software-side requirements and technical output needed as your company goes through its EIS process, instead of asking you to rebuild your accounting somewhere else.
Is Oojeema BIR-accredited for EIS?
BIR does not accredit EIS software providers. EIS Certification and the Permit to Transmit are issued to the taxpayer.
Who handles our EIS application and tax filing?
Your company enrolls for its EIS requirements. Oojeema supports the software-provider side. Your accountant continues handling your tax filings from the books and BIR outputs already in Oojeema.
Who gets the Permit to Transmit?
The Permit to Transmit is yours. Your company enrolls.
Do we need another invoicing system?
Oojeema already handles your accounting and invoices. EIS readiness builds from those same transaction records rather than requiring you to maintain a second set of books just for e-invoicing.
Does every MSME need to use EIS now?
Not every business has the same coverage or timing. Under the current rules, users of CAS, computerized books with electronic invoicing, and other invoicing software are among the groups given until December 31, 2026 to comply with electronic invoice issuance requirements. Your accountant or BIR RDO can confirm how the rules apply to your company.
What does EOPT change about invoices and official receipts?
Under EOPT, the invoice is now the primary sales document, while official receipts are supplementary documents. That makes getting the accounting behind the invoice right even more important.
Keep invoicing.
Your business already has enough to do.
Keep your invoices, books and Philippine compliance work connected—and be ready for what comes next.
