CAS ready · For Philippine MSMEs and accounting firms

Register your books without starting over.

When BIR asks how you keep computerized books, the answer should already be in the system you use to invoice and close the month.

Oojeema is Philippine cloud accounting: sales, purchases, expenses, and books in one place. Those same records support your company's CAS registration with BIR.

CAS Ready Books.

You issue an invoice because you made a sale. That invoice should already sit in the books—not in a second tool you only open when BIR asks for samples.

In Oojeema, the sale, the payment, the purchase, and the expense land in the same system. Reports and BIR forms come from that work. When you need sample printouts and an audit trail for a CAS pack, you pull them from live activity, not from a rebuild.

That is what we mean by CAS ready.

If you run the business.

You do not need a second “BIR-only” stack just to show how you keep books.

Keep invoicing customers. Keep recording purchases and expenses. Let your accountant work from Oojeema. When it is time to register CAS, the documentary pack starts from records that already exist.

If you run a firm.

Clients on different billing tools make every registration harder than it needs to be.

One accounting and invoicing foundation means your team can keep books, pull samples, and support CAS filing the same way across clients. When someone asks whether they are ready to register, you open the books—not a blank checklist.

Built for Philippine work.

Oojeema is made for how Filipino businesses actually account: invoices, purchases, expenses, collections, payables, and BIR outputs from the same books.

CAS registration should sit on top of that work—not replace it.

Got questions?

We’ve got the answers

Your invoices and books already live in Oojeema in a form your company can use when registering CAS with BIR. We help prepare the software-provider side of the pack—ask us about CAS documentary assistance when you are ready. Your company applies. Your accountant handles the filing.

BIR does not accredit SaaS vendors that way. Your company registers the system it uses. The Acknowledgement Certificate is issued to your company.

Your company applies for CAS. Your accountant usually prepares and files with your RDO (or the channel BIR currently requires). Oojeema supports the software-provider side of the pack. We do not file taxes or apply in your name.

Your company. The Acknowledgement Certificate is issued to the taxpayer—not to the software vendor.

Under RMC No. 5-2021, PTU is not required for registering CAS. Complete documents go to your RDO; BIR issues an Acknowledgement Certificate when the pack is complete. Confirm the current checklist and filing channel with your accountant or RDO.

No. CAS is computerized books and invoices. EIS is e-invoicing. Related, not the same. See Oojeema EIS ready for e-invoicing.

Keep the work in one place.

When BIR asks how you keep computerized books, you should not have to rebuild the year.
