This update adds a Sales Trend view, four new registers and an Inventory Report, and makes a few reports easier to check and export. You’ll find everything under Reports.
New
Sales Trend (Analytics)
See your net sales by month, quarter or year, or day by day for the current month. It compares each period with the one before, with a chart and a short summary. You can filter by customer or item and export the results. Cancelled invoices are left out, so the numbers show your real sales.
Four new registers: Sales Invoice, Billing Invoice, Purchase and Expense
Each register lists your transactions for the month you choose, with net of VAT, VAT, total, balance due and status (unpaid, partial, paid or cancelled). Filter by customer or vendor and by status, then export to CSV with totals.
Inventory Report
For companies that track inventory. See each item’s stock on hand, unit price and total cost as of any date, and export it to CSV.
Improved
Trial Balance and Income Statement drilldown
When you click an amount to see the transactions behind it, each line now shows the supplier or customer and the notes. You can export that list too.
Purchase Report and Expense Report
Both reports now show a total for each vendor and a grand total. The export includes the tax totals as well.
Fixes
Minor bug fixes and updates to keep things running smoothly.
